10 years of the same questions — finally all answered in one place. No fluff, just real information.
Yes — guys are free on the guestlist up to 4 per RSVP on standard nights. No ratio required, no catch. The old "equal ratio of ladies" rule does not apply when you book directly through me. Just text me your name, date, venue, and how many in your group ahead of time — that's it.
The only caveat: for groups of 5 or more guys, text me and we'll sort it out together. For larger all-male groups, a table reservation is often the smarter and more affordable move than paying cover at the door.
No. The old ratio rule — where guys needed to bring equal or more ladies — doesn't apply when you go through me directly. Up to 4 guys can get in free on standard nights without any ratio requirement. This is different from showing up at the door without a promoter connection.
The ratio system still exists at the door for walk-ups without a promoter connection. When I add your name to the list, it goes in under my promoter access — so you're checked in as a guestlist entry rather than a walk-up. That's the value of booking through an actual promoter instead of a random aggregator website.
Aggregator sites collect your info and route it to random promoters they don't vet — you have no idea who's actually adding your name or whether they have real access. When the door staff can't find your name, those sites are nowhere to be found.
When you go through me, I'm an official TAO Group Hospitality promoter. Your name goes directly into the TAO system through my promoter account — the same system the hosts inside the club use. Direct line. No middlemen. If there's ever a problem (there rarely is), you text me and I handle it personally, in real time.
For standard nights (non-holiday, non-major-headliner), same-day RSVPs are usually fine. Text me your info and I can typically confirm within 60 seconds.
For holiday weekends (EDC Week, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, New Year's Eve) and major headliner nights (Tiësto, major hip hop acts), RSVP as early as possible — sometimes weeks in advance. Those nights have limited list spots and I always tell people: the list is first come, first on. Text me your dates and I'll tell you exactly what you're looking at.
For most venues, arrive before midnight. I always recommend getting there by 11:00–11:30pm on standard nights. The guestlist doesn't close at midnight exactly, but clubs do hit capacity and at that point the list stops being honored regardless of who you're on it through.
For Fridays at OMNIA, I'd say aim for 11pm — it fills fast. For TAO and Marquee, 11:30pm is usually safe on standard nights. Big headliner Saturdays: get there by 10:30pm if you want to be comfortable. Text me the night of and I'll give you a real-time read.
TAO Nightclub (Venetian) — Best for first-timers, bachelorette groups, and mixed crowds. Open format music (hip hop + top 40). Ladies get free open bar first hour. Iconic outdoor terrace. Most versatile guestlist perks.
Hakkasan (MGM Grand) — Best for EDM fans. Biggest production in Vegas. 5 levels including a hip hop room most people don't know about. World-class DJ roster. Go Friday — same talent as Saturday with way shorter lines.
OMNIA (Caesars Palace) — Best for "I want something insane." The kinetic chandelier in the main room genuinely stops first-timers cold. 3 rooms plus a rooftop. Tuesday is an underrated locals night. Go here if the visual experience matters most to your group.
TAO: Thursday is the most underrated night in Vegas. Same DJ talent as Friday, half the crowd, way easier to move. Saturday is the obvious choice but Thursday locals and industry regulars know the truth.
Hakkasan: Friday. Saturday has the same lineup but significantly longer lines. Unless there's a specific headliner only playing Saturday, go Friday.
OMNIA: Friday is the standard. Tuesday is the best-kept secret — locals and industry crowd, relaxed vibe, easier entry.
JEWEL: Monday. This is the one I tell everyone about. Industry workers, locals, people who actually live in Vegas — it's a completely different energy than Saturday tourist nights and it's one of the best-kept secrets on the Strip.
Marquee: Friday and Saturday are both strong. Sunday is also solid — lighter crowd with a great vibe.
Wet Republic is gone. It's been rebranded and replaced by Palm Tree Beach Club at MGM Grand, which opened Summer 2025. It's a full redesign — same location at MGM Grand, completely new concept, new name, new energy.
Palm Tree Beach Club is currently one of the hottest dayclubs in Vegas. It runs Drift Wednesdays as a weekly series, plus full weekend programming Friday through Sunday during pool season (typically April through September). Free guestlist access, same as all other TAO venues. Text me early for holiday weekends — Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day sell out weeks ahead.
Pool season in Las Vegas typically runs April through September, with peak season being May through August. The first weekends in April can be hit or miss depending on weather, but by Memorial Day weekend all four TAO Group dayclubs are in full swing.
The venues: Palm Tree Beach Club (MGM Grand), TAO Beach Dayclub (Venetian), Marquee Dayclub (Cosmopolitan), and Liquid Pool Lounge (ARIA). All four are on my guestlist. Text me your dates during pool season and I'll sort out which venue fits your group best.
Real numbers from someone who books tables there weekly (not including tax, tip, and venue fee — add 20-25% to everything):
TAO Nightclub: $500–$1,500 minimums on standard nights
Hakkasan: $600–$2,000 (main room runs highest)
OMNIA: $500–$2,000 depending on location
Marquee: $500–$1,200
JEWEL: $400–$1,000 (most accessible minimums of all the clubs)
A $1,000 minimum realistically costs $1,200–$1,300 out the door after fees. Holiday weekends push 2–3x. Text me your date, party size, and rough budget — I'll tell you exactly what you're looking at and whether a table actually makes sense for your group.
A table makes sense when: your group is 6+ people, you want priority entry through the host line on a busy headliner night (tables go to a separate check-in — you're not in the regular door queue), or you're going to spend $1,000+ on drinks anyway and want a dedicated space all night. Splitting a $1,200 minimum across 8 people is $150 each — often cheaper than drinks at the bar plus a cover, and you get the full host experience.
Stick with the free guestlist when: your group is under 6 people, it's a standard non-headliner night, you want to move around and experience the full club, or you're on a tighter budget. Guestlist entry is through the TAO Rewards app — you sign up with your email and get a QR code in your ticket wallet that you scan at the door. On most standard nights the guestlist line moves fast.
I book both. Tell me your situation and I'll give you an honest recommendation for your specific night.
Two categories: major international headliners and holiday weekends.
Major headliners: Tiësto, Martin Garrix, Steve Aoki, major hip hop acts doing one-night shows. These nights sell guestlist spots fast and the club can reach capacity where even list guests wait or get turned away.
Holiday weekends: EDC Week (typically May), Memorial Day, 4th of July weekend, Labor Day weekend, New Year's Eve. All of these require early RSVP at minimum and often require tickets. NYE especially — don't wait on that one.
Text me your dates and I'll tell you exactly what category your night falls into.
Good news: up to 4 guys can get in free through my guestlist with no ratio. For larger all-male groups, here are your honest options:
Book a table. A group of 6–10 splitting a $1,000–$1,500 minimum is often cheaper than individual covers plus drinks at the bar. You get guaranteed entry, a spot, and you're not dealing with the door at all. JEWEL is my top pick for bachelor tables — lower minimums, great hip hop energy, easier logistics.
JEWEL on Thursday or Monday. Easier door for guys-heavy groups, lower minimums if you go table route, great vibe. Monday is the industry night so it's actually a really cool experience for a group.
TAO Thursday. Lighter than Saturday, easier entry, same iconic venue. Good option for a large guys group that wants the TAO experience without Saturday madness.
Text me your group size and dates and I'll sort out the best plan.
After 10 years running bachelorette groups through these venues, my honest ranking:
1. TAO Nightclub — The all-around winner. Free entry + free open bar first hour for ladies. Open format music so everyone's happy. Iconic outdoor terrace. Staff is used to bachelorette groups, they know how to make it fun. This is my first recommendation for most groups.
2. Marquee — Same free open bar perk as TAO. Stunning venue design. Great for groups who want the visual experience and a lively dance floor.
3. OMNIA — Go here if your group wants the most visually insane experience in Vegas. The chandelier is genuinely jaw-dropping. Best for groups who want that "I've never seen anything like this" moment.
All three are free for ladies. Text me your dates and vibe and I'll give you the specific recommendation for your group.
Yes — large groups are actually something I specialize in. The approach depends on your group makeup:
For mixed groups (ladies + guys): I can put you all on the guestlist together. Large mixed groups almost always get in free on standard nights — just text me the full count broken out by ladies and guys.
For large guys-heavy or all-male groups of 10+: A table reservation is going to be your smoothest path. I can book the table, handle the logistics, and make sure your whole group has a spot from the start. No splitting up, no wondering if everyone gets in, no cover charge at the door — and tables get priority entry so the door is the easiest part of your night.
For 20+ mixed groups: I'd recommend splitting between guestlist and a small table situation, or booking a dedicated table for the group. Text me and we'll build the right plan.
Just text me. I respond to everything — same day, usually within minutes. No question is too basic.
