Bachelorette Party Vegas Nightlife Guide 2026 — Free Entry, VIP Tables, and the Right Venues

By Deep Patel · Official TAO Group Promoter · 10+ Years Vegas Nightlife Updated April 2026

I run guestlists and VIP for bachelorette parties every single weekend. I've coordinated groups of 8 to 35 people. I've watched some get in free and have the night of their lives. I've watched others overpay, get separated, and have a mess.

Let me be direct: Bachelorette parties are my favorite—they spend money, they're fun, they tip well, and the clubs love them. But most groups approach it wrong. I'm going to walk you through the exact right way to do Vegas for a bachelorette party in 2026.

Should You Book Guestlist or VIP Tables?

This is the first decision. It determines everything else.

Guestlist (Free Entry)

How it works: Your group shows up, you're on the list, you walk through the guestlist door, no cover charge. You then buy drinks, celebrate, and move freely through the club.

Cost: $0 entry. But expect $100-200 per person in drinks over the night.

Best for: Groups of 6-12 people. Bride's crew who want flexibility and want to move around the club. Smaller groups on a budget. Parties that might hit multiple clubs.

Pros: Free entry, flexible, you can explore different parts of the club, you're not locked into one spot, cheaper overall if you drink moderately.

Cons: Less attention from staff, you have to navigate a packed club, no dedicated table, harder to gather large groups if people scatter.

VIP Table Service

How it works: You reserve a table. Bottle service is included or bottle packages required. Bottle girls attend to your every need. You have a reserved spot all night.

Cost: $1,000-$5,000 for the table, depending on venue and night. Bottle minimums usually included.

Best for: Groups 10+. Parties with money to spend. Groups that want to stay in one place and be celebrated. Bride who wants to be the center of attention.

Pros: Guaranteed seating, bottle service staff dedicated to you, you're treated as VIP, people recognize you're celebrating something special, easier crowd control, looks great for photos.

Cons: Expensive, you're locked into one table, less flexibility to move around, you're obligated to buy bottles.

My Recommendation

Groups of 6-10: Guestlist. Save the money. You can still celebrate and have an incredible night.

Groups of 10-15: VIP table. It's worth it. The staff attention and photo-op factor pay for itself in the experience.

Groups of 15+: VIP table is mandatory. You can't control a group that large on the dance floor. They need a home base.

Which Venues Are Best for Bachelorette Parties?

TAO Nightclub

Why it's perfect: Huge capacity, multiple rooms mean your group can split if you want. Multiple bars mean no long waits. Great energy. Feels like an event. The Terrace Room is perfect for smaller groups within your party to get air.

Best for: Larger parties (10+), mixed groups (guys and girls). First-time Vegas bachelorettes.

Guestlist: Easy to get 10+ on the list. Girls always get priority.

Table Cost: $1,200-$1,800 Thursday-Friday, $2,000-$3,000 Saturday.

Special Note: TAO loves bachelorettes. They're known for making a big deal out of them. Expect some special treatment—free shots, flowers on the table, extra attention.

Hakkasan

Why it's good: More upscale, slightly less chaotic than TAO. R&Bae night on Wednesday is legendary for bachelorettes. Five levels mean exploring and taking photos. Music is better if you care about that.

Best for: Slightly older bachelorettes (28+), more sophisticated groups, parties that care about the DJ and music.

Guestlist: Girls' groups get on easily. Wednesday is a no-brainer.

Table Cost: $900-$1,200 Wednesday, $1,200-$1,800 Friday, $1,800-$2,400 Saturday.

Special Note: Wednesday R&Bae is THE bachelorette night at Hakkasan. The vibe is specifically party-focused and hip-hop heavy. Recommend Wednesday night for Hakkasan bachelorettes.

OMNIA

Why it's good: Most Instagram-worthy. Bottle service culture is strong. You'll feel like celebrities. Great for parties that want to be seen.

Best for: High-budget bachelorettes, parties with money, groups that want the most upscale experience.

Guestlist: Harder to get girls on a guestlist at OMNIA. It's more bottle-service-focused. I'd recommend table service instead.

Table Cost: $1,500-$2,000 Friday, $2,500-$4,000 Saturday.

Special Note: OMNIA is the most expensive and most status-oriented. Great if you want to feel like you're in an exclusive club. Less fun if you want actual nightlife.

Step-by-Step Bachelorette Night Planning

4 Weeks Before

Decide on date and venue. Text me with: bride's name, party size, preferred night, whether you want guestlist or table service. I'll lock it in and give you exact pricing.

Why 4 weeks? Premium Saturday tables fill fast. If you want Saturday bottle service at TAO, you're booking now or you're out of luck.

2 Weeks Before

Confirm headcount. Get cash for table deposits if booking VIP. Coordinate outfits (I recommend all coordinated but not matching—like all in black and white, or all with a sash, etc.). Plan pre-game location.

1 Week Before

Reconfirm with me. Get final price. Plan exact arrival time (I'll tell you). Arrange transportation (Uber/Lyft pricing gets insane Friday-Saturday; book a car service if you can).

Day Of

Arrive on time. Text me when you're 15 minutes away so I can make sure everything's set up. Have the bride visible—sash, tiara, sign, something. Clubs love visual confirmation of what's being celebrated.

At the Club

Guestlist: Go straight to guestlist line. Give your name. Walk through. Find your group.

VIP Table: Ask for your server by name (I'll text you the name). They'll seat you immediately. Order bottles. Celebrate.

Pro Tips for Large Groups

Tip 1: The Splitter Move — If your party is 12+ people, split into two smaller tables or two guestlist sections. Easier to manage. People won't get separated trying to fit everyone at one bar top.

Tip 2: Designate a Point Person — One person (not the bride) tracks the group. This person has a table/reservation location and keeps everyone coordinated via group chat.

Tip 3: Dress Code Unified — Everyone in the party should coordinate outfits. Sashes, matching tops, something visual. Clubs love it, it keeps your group visually together, and it photographs well.

Tip 4: Budget Clearly — If going VIP, decide upfront: Is the bride paying for bottles? Is everyone splitting? Is someone sponsoring? Make this clear before you arrive. Nothing kills a bachelorette party vibe like money arguments.

Tip 5: Arrive 11 PM to Midnight — Not earlier. Earlier, the club is dead and girls will leave to find action. Later than midnight on a Friday-Saturday and it's packed. Hit that sweet spot.

Tip 6: Have a Backup Venue — Plan two clubs. Hit the first one for 1-2 hours, then move. It keeps energy high and gives you multiple locations to celebrate.

The Real Move
